We manage 100+ listings globally and are expanding rapidly, we’re now hiring someone who can help us scale further through strategic online lead acquisition.

Role Overview

The Business Development Analyst will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients (Airbnb hosts, STR operators, property managers) across digital platforms. You will actively build StayCierge’s presence, initiate conversations, join relevant discussions, and generate warm leads through consistent outreach and relationship building.

This role requires excellent online communication, research ability, creative conversation skills, and confidence in interacting with people publicly and semi-privately.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage on Airbnb host content, STR communities, and relevant threads through thoughtful comments.
• Respond to questions posted in Airbnb, STR, and hosting Facebook groups offering value-driven insights.
• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn — connection requests, comments, DMs, conversation warmups.
• Track conversations, outreach progress, responses, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Create and share meaningful value content where necessary to spark inbound interest.
• Identify potential host pain points (guest communication, cleaning, reviews, disputes etc.) and position StayCierge as the solution.
• Collaborate with management and the sales team to close warm leads.
• Maintain weekly reporting sheets for activities, leads, response rates, and results.

Skills & Personality Traits

• Strong communication and writing ability (English required).
• Confident in engaging publicly on Facebook, LinkedIn, and community posts.
• Ability to understand host pain points and respond empathetically.
• Research-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
• Must be consistent, persistent, and comfortable with outreach performance metrics.
• Basic understanding of Airbnb hosting, short-term rentals, or willingness to learn fast.

Compensation & Perks

- Basic Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 PKR

- Lead Conversion Bonus: 20,000 PKR per successfully closed client
