Hiring: Business Development & Project Manager Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We're supporting a high-growth international Watertech company expanding in Saudi Arabia, focused on delivering innovative, sustainability-driven solutions across the Kingdom.
They are looking to hire primarily under the Saudization Initiative to play a key role in driving commercial growth and supporting on-ground project execution.
Role Overview
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach
- Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders across Saudi Arabia
- Drive business development efforts from lead generation to conversion
- Support and coordinate project execution on the ground
- Establish and manage relationships with key government entities, regulatory bodies, and public sector stakeholders
- Navigate approvals, compliance processes, and act as a key interface with authorities
- Leverage an existing network within the Saudi ecosystem to accelerate market access and partnerships
- Build trusted relationships across ministries, semi-government entities, and strategic partners
- Maintain structured reporting across CRM, pipeline, and performance
Profile
- Saudization focus. (Arabic fluency is mandatory)
- 3-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or project roles
- Background in tech, infrastructure, energy, or related sectors preferred
- Proven ability to engage with or build relationships across the government / semi-government landscape in KSA
- Strong network and credibility within the local market
- Comfortable with high outbound activity and hands-on execution
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Fluent in Arabic and English
