We are hiring a high-performing Business Development & Sales Manager who knows how to hunt, close, and grow revenue in the UK market. This role is for a proven closer with direct UK experience, ideally from the minicabs / private hire industry, who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable results from day one.
This is not an entry-level or passive account-management role. We want someone who thrives on targets, negotiations, and winning new business.
What You Will Do
- Aggressively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the UK
- Win corporate contracts, B2B accounts, and high-value partnerships in the PHV/minicabs space
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Build a strong, predictable sales pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Leverage industry knowledge to outperform competitors in a crowded UK market
- Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Work closely with operations to ensure fast onboarding and client retention
- Track performance, forecast accurately, and report results to senior leadership
What We Expect
- Proven UK-based sales and business development experience (mandatory)
- Strong preference for minicabs / private hire / transport industry background
- Demonstrated history of closing deals and hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of the UK PHV landscape, pricing models, and regulations
- Confident negotiator with a hunter mentality and commercial edge
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
- Strong CRM discipline and data-driven sales approach
