We are hiring a high-performing Business Development & Sales Manager who knows how to hunt, close, and grow revenue in the UK market. This role is for a proven closer with direct UK experience, ideally from the minicabs / private hire industry, who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable results from day one.

This is not an entry-level or passive account-management role. We want someone who thrives on targets, negotiations, and winning new business.

What You Will Do

  • Aggressively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the UK
  • Win corporate contracts, B2B accounts, and high-value partnerships in the PHV/minicabs space
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Build a strong, predictable sales pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Leverage industry knowledge to outperform competitors in a crowded UK market
  • Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with operations to ensure fast onboarding and client retention
  • Track performance, forecast accurately, and report results to senior leadership

What We Expect

  • Proven UK-based sales and business development experience (mandatory)
  • Strong preference for minicabs / private hire / transport industry background
  • Demonstrated history of closing deals and hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the UK PHV landscape, pricing models, and regulations
  • Confident negotiator with a hunter mentality and commercial edge
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
  • Strong CRM discipline and data-driven sales approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
