We are currently seeking a highly skilled “Business Development and Sales Manager (Africa)” to join our team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in business development and sales within the energy sector, preferably with a focus on the African market. • Engineering background, preferably in renewable energy systems or energy technologies. • Strong understanding of African market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and business practices. • Excellent communication, business development, and negotiation skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic planning and performance optimization. • Excellent command of English is required; French is preferred. • Based in Ankara, Turkey. • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Africa (no travel restrictions).

Job Description
• Conduct in-depth market analysis within the African energy sector to identify new opportunities, investment areas, and potential risks. • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with renewable energy solutions and sustainable practices in Africa. • Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, energy companies, international organizations, and local stakeholders. • Drive revenue growth by executing innovative sales strategies and promoting energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies. • Lead contract negotiations and manage agreements with clients, ensuring fair and sustainable business outcomes. • Monitor market dynamics and sales performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies. • Collaborate closely with engineering, product development, and project teams to align business growth with company objectives.
