We are a recruitment company with operations in Dubai, providing end-to-end hiring solutions across various industries. To support our Dubai operations, we are looking for a motivated Business Development cum Sales Executive to join our Tirur office and drive client acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment services in the UAE market.
- Make calls, send emails, and use networking strategies to approach potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver quality candidates.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (recruitment/HR industry experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Willingness to work from the Tirur office to support Dubai operations.
