Business Development and Sales Specialist

TMZ Global (https://tmz-global.com/) is expanding in Turkey.

We are an international trading company supplying Metallurgical Raw Materials to steel producers across Europe, MENA, and Asia.

Our clients rely on us for speed, reliability, and consistent supply in competitive industrial markets.

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Business Development Specialist/ Sales representative to grow our presence in the Turkish steel and metallurgy sector.

This is a hybrid role: work from home combined with nationwide client visits.

Your Mission

Drive revenue growth by developing and closing new business within:

  • Steel producers
  • Foundries
  • Metallurgy and industrial manufacturing companies

You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach decision-makers in steel and industrial plants
  • Develop long-term commercial relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals
  • Coordinate closely with logistics to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Report directly to the Dubai-based CEO on pipeline and performance

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $1,000–1,500 gross/month
  • Performance-based bonuses (clear structure shared during interviews)
