Business Development & Area Sales Manager

For our global industrial client, we are seeking a Business Development & Area Sales Manager who will report directly to the Turkey Sales Manager. The role is based in Kocaeli and offers a hybrid structure: 2 days in the office and 3 days in the field.

Job Description:

• Drive sales and manage the full commercial process for the Turkish market
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand into relevant sectors
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to sustainable business growth

Requirements:

• University degree
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
• 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Key Account Management or Business Development
• Experience in the packaging/manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in Türkiye
• Strong market analysis and opportunity identification capabilities
• Experience in expanding products into existing and new sectors (preferred)
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office 365
