Business Development Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Assistant to support our sales and client acquisition process. The ideal candidate should be organized, quick to learn, and comfortable communicating with clients across international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating and qualifying leads
• Support senior BDA's and manager in outreach and follow-ups
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and meeting notes
• Maintain CRM records and tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and project updates

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) - COMPULSORY
• Basic understanding of eCommerce (Amazon/ebay/walmart/temu/ tiktok shop/ dev related basic knowledge)
• Ability to organize tasks and work independently
• Familiarity with Indeed/facebook/reddit/instagram outreach is prefferable
• Positive attitude and willingness to self learn
• Graduated
