Business Development Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1.Assist in liaising with shopping mall leasing teams regarding store location opportunities;

2.Support site selection, unit evaluation, and location comparison for new store development;

3.Help prepare commercial expansion plans and business proposals;

4.Coordinate internal communication between operations, design, finance, and management teams;

5.Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentation materials;

6.Handle other administrative and documentation tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field;

2.Strong communication and coordination skills;

3.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

4.Native-level English proficiency; Arabic is a plus;

5.Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently;

Prior experience in retail, real estate, or shopping mall leasing is an advantage.
