About Rezilens
Rezilens is a Dubai-based technology company specializing in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. Our flagship platform, DiGRC, is an AI-powered solution that enables organizations to strengthen governance, enhance resilience, and accelerate digital transformation.
We are seeking a Business Development Associate with 3–5 years of experience to support Rezilens’ growth across the UAE and MENA region. This role combines sales support, partner engagement, and event representation, making it an ideal opportunity for a driven professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Execution
- Work alongside the Head of Sales & Growth to identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Support the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Conduct product demos and coordinate with the pre-sales team to tailor solutions.
- Manage parts of the sales cycle independently for mid-sized opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline updates in CRM (Zoho).
Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement
- Assist in building relationships with MSPs, consulting firms, and industry associations.
- Support joint go-to-market activities with partners and maintain partner records.
- Represent Rezilens in meetings with accelerators and innovation hubs.
Events & Representation
- Coordinate Rezilens’ participation in exhibitions, conferences, and client-facing events.
- Represent Rezilens at industry networking opportunities.
- Support logistics, follow-up, and lead tracking from events.
Market Insights & Reporting
- Research market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor positioning.
- Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach.
- Track performance metrics against sales and partnership goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of business development / sales experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth and build professional relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Experience in events, exhibitions, or partner management is a plus.
- Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into a senior commercial role.
