Business Development Associate

We are looking for a smart and motivated Business Development Associate BDA to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential leads, building relationships, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads provided by the company
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain records and track progress using CRM software
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart, confident, and target-oriented personality
• CRM knowledge preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
