Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional and engaging online product demonstrations via Google Meet, Zoom, and other platforms, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Manage inbound inquiries, effectively qualify leads, and execute follow-up strategies to convert prospects into active customers.
- Oversee the complete customer onboarding process, providing comprehensive support to ensure a smooth and successful integration with our product.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams by relaying customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous product and service improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in an inside sales, business development, or a similar role (including internships).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven aptitude for building and maintaining professional client relationships.
- A highly motivated, target-driven individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Professional fluency in Hindi is a mandatory requirement.
