Job Description:
We are seeking Bengali-speaking Business Development Executives with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with patients/agencies, and supporting the hospital’s growth in regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential patients, agencies, and referral partners
• Communicate effectively in Bengali, English, and Hindi (preferred)
• Support marketing and outreach activities
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure smooth coordination
• Assist in business collaborations and hospital growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Bengali (mandatory)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or healthcare is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
