Business Development Associate

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth for the company’s design services (Architectural, Interior Design, and 3D Visualization). The role involves generating leads, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with the design team to deliver creative and customized solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, and Construction sectors.

* Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, corporate clients, and consultants.

* Generate leads through networking, online research, social media platforms, and industry events.

* Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

* Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to prepare portfolios, project proposals, and client pitches.

* Negotiate terms of business and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress in CRM tools or internal systems.

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to recommend new business strategies.

* Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.

**Key Skills & Competencies:**

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.

* Knowledge of the design industry (architecture, interiors, 3D visualization, or related field) preferred.

* Goal-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical thinking.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

**Qualification & Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

* 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in design, architecture, or creative services industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
