Description:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, email or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include, taking orders, customer’s inquiries, resolving issues. and providing a high level of service that reflects our commitment to customer.
Candidate Must Have:
- Communication: Exceptional English skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Qualification: Minimum O Level/A Level or Intermediate.
- Efficiency: A master multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: A positive, customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Previous customer service, DME, call center candidates, business development, and international sales experience are encouraged to apply.
