We are a results-driven sales organization specializing in AT&T services and delivering innovative telecommunications solutions to businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team and continue. This Business Development Associate position is designed for ambitious individuals eager to excel in business, sales, account management, and strategic business development.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be instrumental in building long-term business relationships, expanding market presence, and using your creativity to strategize services available. We are looking for someone who wants to step into a role where they can use their leadership skills and gain insight into what it takes to manage accounts as an Entrepreneur. In this Business Development Associate role, you will develop the expertise to identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and drive sales revenue.

Business Development Associate Responsibilities:

  • Work with businesses to present them with products and services available from AT&T
  • Identify new business opportunities by engaging with businesses and actively listening to their questions and requests to best manage their accounts for services
  • Process any orders they are requesting and be a part of their full sales life cycle
  • Manage and grow accounts by ensuring exceptional service, consistent communication, and solutions tailored to evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to align sales initiatives and operational strategies for optimal results.
  • Stay up to date on all wireless, internet, and other products available to be knowledgeable in the Business Management Associate role
  • Use creative thinking to strengthen business and entrepreneurial skills while identifying new growth opportunities

Business Development Associate Qualifications:

  • Customer service background and strong communication skills
  • Experience in sales, retail, leadership or business background is a plus
  • A strong work ethic and drive for ultimate success
  • Creative mindset and eager to learn new strategies
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The desire for growth and for knowledge throughout the entry-level role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
