Role Purpose:
Support the sales function by building a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, client engagement, and converting leads into confirmed business.
Responsibilities :
Revenue & Pipeline:

Achieve/exceed personal sales target

Build and maintain a developing pipeline with support from Sales Manager/Senior Solutions Advisors and Operations Management
Product Knowledge & Positioning
-
Study and complete all the product training to thoroughly understand the differences between products and how to position them to meet client needs
-
Develop skills to thoroughly take a client brief and match appropriate products to the brief, with support from the team.

Develop skills to capture recommendations into proposal templates in a compelling way.
-
Attend events to build first-hand skills on how events are run and the outcomes clients experience.
Business Development:
-
Proactively research and connect with potential new clients, positioning Biz Group overall and specifically, Teambuilding

Execute personal lead generation activities and meet target activity levels.

Follow up promptly and with tenacity on inbound leads

Close deals to ‘build a book’ of new client accounts. Learn the differences in managing 3rd Party vendors and direct clients, developing appropriate relationships to support repeat business.

Support senior colleagues at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events
Collaboration & Systems:
-
Maintain accurate Salesforce records
-
Learn and role-model effective use of Salesforce and reporting tools

Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation, to understand what clients are experiencing and how to link this in sales conversations.

Partner with Operations for handovers, with all the information and support to ensure smooth delivery

Complete all the financial processes so that finance can easily invoice and collect payment.

Support accounts receivable if the final payment is delayed.
Professional Development:

Stay up to date on Biz Group strategy, new launches, and industry trends

Proactively participate in coaching, upskilling, and Biz workshops
-
Observe and learn from Senior Advisors and Sales Managers on best practices

Share ideas and observations for team improvement when possible
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the training Industry.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any field

Strong Presentation Skills
Arabic Language is a Must
