Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive
business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT
sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for exploring emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through effective business development strategies and refine existing

approaches to maximize sales and revenue.

• Build comprehensive knowledge of Sparkout’s services, products, and the latest technology

trends.

• Identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and nurture long-term client

relationships.

• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure client solutions align

with business goals.

• Represent Sparkout Tech at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote

brand visibility and growth.

• Prepare high-quality project proposals, sales presentations, pitches, and client communication

documents.

• Ensure a seamless client experience through proactive communication and consistent follow-up.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / IT Software Sales.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks and enthusiasm for emerging technologies like

Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence.

• Excellent research, analytical, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Active on social media and up-to-date with tech trends and industry developments.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to travel within India and

abroad for business engagements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
