Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creative, and execution) to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
● Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential areas of business growth.
● Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures.
● Maintain and update sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts for management review.Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and aligning them with Vigyapan Mart’s offerings.
● Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
● Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets in terms of revenue, client acquisition, and retention.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
● Good presentation and analytical skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
● 0-1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media industry.
