Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate at Giftlaya, you will play a key role in growing our gifting and decoration services across India. Your main responsibility will be to bring new business, handle customer inquiries, build strong partnerships, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from website, WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
• Convert customer inquiries into bookings through clear communication and convincing skills.
• Identify potential clients, partners, and corporate opportunities to expand our business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase repeat bookings.
• Coordinate with operations, decorators, and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest the right packages or customization options.
• Follow up on leads, maintain proper CRM entries, and track conversions.
• Assist in creating proposals, quotations, and corporate presentations when required.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets for the company.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve our services.

Required Skills

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good negotiation and convincing ability.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel, CRM, and online communication tools.
• Positive attitude, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer queries professionally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sales, client handling, or business development (Fresher with good communication skills can also apply).
• Knowledge of the gifting or event industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
