Job Overview

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at WePix, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to close deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and generate new business leads within the fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing sectors through research, networking, and inbound/outbound activities.

  • Client Outreach:

Initiate conversations with potential clients, set up meetings, and pitch our services effectively to match their business needs.

  • Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in proposal creation, presentations, and follow-up communication to close deals and ensure client onboarding.

  • Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

  • Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client pain points to identify new opportunities for WePix.

  • Reporting & Analytics:

Track sales metrics and update CRM systems with relevant information to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in digital marketing, fashion, or e-commerce sectors.

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and e-commerce trends is a plus.
  • Personal Traits:
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and personal development in a fast-paced environment.
