Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international IT/software markets
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other digital platforms
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations for software development and IT services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with software solutions
• Assist senior management in negotiations, deal closures, and contract finalization
• Maintain CRM records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of software development services, IT products, and the project life cycle
• Ability to research international markets and identify potential clients
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms and CRM tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the IT/software industry
