We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and hands-on experience with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the overall business development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Manage and update leads and pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns for lead generation and client engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Run targeted sales campaigns and follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales material.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.
  • Strong grip on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to create and run effective campaigns.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
