Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services.
  • Conduct product presentations and follow up on leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good convincing and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,066.86 - ₹44,354.90 per month
