Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services.
- Conduct product presentations and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good convincing and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,066.86 - ₹44,354.90 per month
