Business Development Executive – Project Sales | Saint-Gobain Channel Partner (Mumbai)

Our client is a key channel partner of Saint-Gobain, a world leader in light and sustainable construction. Saint-Gobain provides high-performance solutions across various materials, including architectural glass, insulation, gypsum plasterboards (Gyproc), industrial mortars (Weber), and high-performance industrial ceramics.
This role is part of a high-growth model focused on project sales of premium architectural finishing products.
Key Highlights
Client Association: Channel Partner for Saint-Gobain.
Role: Business Development Executive – Project Sales (100% Field Role).
Location: Mumbai (Extensive travel required across West, South, and Central Mumbai/Thane).
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication/sales mindset are encouraged to apply).
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹32,000 per month (inclusive of PF).
What You Will Sell
You will be responsible for selling Saint-Gobain channel partner products, primarily focusing on premium architectural products in the project market:
uPVC Windows & Doors
Shower Cubicles
Glass Railings
Kitchen & Wardrobe Shutters, and LED Mirrors
What You Will Do
This is a dynamic, target-driven B2B field sales role with end-to-end responsibility:
Lead Generation: Conduct 3-4 quality client meetings daily for lead generation and conversion.
Project Focus: Actively scan residential construction sites to identify new project opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Directly engage with key industry professionals: Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and Dealers.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire process from technical consultation and presenting solutions to HNI customers, preparing quotations, negotiation, closing the sales order, site measurement, and payment follow-up.
Candidate Profile
Education: Minimum Graduate.
Must Have: Excellent command of English and the ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth (HNI) clients.
Preference: Experience (0-3 years) in Building Materials, Architectural Products, Hardware, or Interiors (Candidates from the paint industry will not be considered).
Residency: Must reside within West Mumbai (Bandra to Virar), South Mumbai, or Central Mumbai (up to Thane).
