Position Overview: This role combines Business Development, Client Management, and Leadership Hiring Support. You will work closely with senior-level decision-makers, helping them attract top leadership talent while expanding Universal Hunt’s client base. Key Responsibilities: 1. Executive Search & Leadership Hiring Support • Partner with top-level management and board leaders to understand leadership requirements. • Identify, engage, and support in placing visionary executives who drive organizational growth and transformation. • Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, understanding their strategic business objectives. • Deliver leadership hiring solutions aligned with corporate culture, long-term goals, and market demands. • Utilize cross-border perspective and regional insights (especially Gulf markets) to support complex executive hiring mandates. 2. Business Development • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. • Develop customized proposals for leadership hiring and senior-level recruitment projects. • Engage with potential client companies and introduce Universal Hunt’s HR and executive search solutions. • Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close new business partnerships. 3. Client Coordination • Coordinate with existing clients to gather job requirements and understand strategic hiring needs. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality submissions. • Share client feedback and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Required Skills & Competencies: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with senior and C-suite stakeholders. • Ability to build trusted relationships with top-level management and decision-makers. • Excellent presentation, networking, and client engagement ability. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
