Role Description

This is a contractual work-from-office role with Dubai Team (UAE) based in Bangalore office, Gurgaon office, Kerala (no office) for the " Home Cooks" category at Urban Company.

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) , your first 3–6 months will be focused on building our Dubai professionals recruitment funnel.

What will you do:

✔️ Be the first touchpoint for new partner candidates

✔️ Generating walk-ins among professionals and referrals from UC partners

✔️ Managing candidate and referral data (including immigration documents and health tests)

✔️ Drive process improvements across functions with data-driven inputs

✔️ Supporting end-to-end onboarding funnel and ensuring strong pipeline flow till Go-live in Dubai

What we are looking for:

📌 0–2 years of experience in business development / sales / operations (Open to Freshers)

📌 Excellent communication skills – ability to engage and build relationships with professionals and UC partners

📌 Strong problem-solving, Beginner Excel knowledge and Data management

📌 Hunger for learning attitude and unparalleled ownership to work in a fast-paced environment
