Job Title: Business Development Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, and networking
  • Research potential clients and markets to support business expansion
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients and schedule meetings or calls
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose solutions
  • Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and basic commercial information
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and pipeline status
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication
  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly business development targets
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
  • Support senior management in partnerships, alliances, and strategic initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Lead generation and prospecting skills
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle and client acquisition
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Acquisition
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply

  • Number of qualified leads generated
