Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate for Marketplace to manage marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the brands in e Commerce platforms. An ideal can be someone with 2-4years of experience with external sales management and also interested in beauty & personal care and would like to build a career in this industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth on multiple Ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Purple, Nykaa, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit etc.

Doing market research, understanding competition market trends.

Responsible for product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of the listings

Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces with Internal and External Stakeholders.

Optimizing shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance with good data anlalytical skills.

Handling Inventory management in case of deficits.

To work with brand/creative team for inputs related to marketing activities

Qualifications:

2-4 years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech/BCom/MBA/ other

bachelor's/master’s degree from a reputed colleges.

Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantage

Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.

Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹493,295.41 - ₹800,000.00 per year
