Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain our services to customers, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Receive and handle inbound customer calls
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally
• Follow up with interested customers
• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Malayalam
• Basic knowledge of mobile/CRM systems
• Ability to convince and interact with customers
• Fresher candidates are welcome (training will be provided)
