Role Overview
Brandsmashers Tech is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales processes, reviewing contracts, and supporting cost and budget planning while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
  • Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Apply effective sales techniques to convert leads into clients.
  • Maintain and manage sales and client data efficiently.
  • Perform cost and budget analysis to support business decisions.
  • Monitor expenses and contribute to cost management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Assist in team management and support collaborative working practices.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office tools.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven knowledge of lead generation and sales techniques.
  • Experience or understanding of contract review processes.
  • Strong skills in cost management and budget analysis.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage and analyze data accurately.
  • Good organizational and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
