Business Development Associate

Position Overview

Lifetime Reconstruction is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Associate to help expand our presence in the multifamily and commercial property sectors.

In this role, you’ll focus on building long-term partnerships with property managers, HOA boards, commercial property owners, and industry partners—while identifying opportunities for reconstruction and exterior renovation projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive networker who understands the property management ecosystem and can position Lifetime as a trusted partner for large-scale exterior renovation, insurance restoration, and capital improvement projects.

What You’ll Do

Build Relationships

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with HOA board members, community managers, property management firms, apartment owners/operators, and commercial property owners
• Cultivate relationships with insurance adjusters, consultants, engineers, and restoration professionals
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within multifamily and commercial sectors

Drive Growth

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and industry events
• Represent Lifetime at key industry associations (CAI, AAMD, BOMA, IREM, etc.)
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities

Originate Projects

• Identify capital improvement and insurance restoration opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals
• Support clients during early planning, budgeting, and project scoping

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience

• Serve as a trusted advisor on exterior renovations, building envelope systems, and long-term property planning
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the full project lifecycle

Collaborate Internally

• Work closely with project managers, estimators, and leadership teams
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that support company growth

What You Bring

Required:

• 2–4+ years of business development or sales experience in construction, restoration, property services, or a related field
• Experience working with multifamily housing, HOAs, apartments, or commercial property managers
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities

Preferred:

• Existing relationships within the Colorado HOA, apartment, or property management industry
• Knowledge of exterior renovation, roofing, siding, decking, windows, or building envelope systems
