Business Development Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven business development associate with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach and client communication. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to generate business opportunities through strategic outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Create personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM records and track lead generation activities.
  • Research target markets, industries, and potential clients.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
  • Meet monthly outreach and lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging outreach messages and campaigns.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
