Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Sumato Solutions is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience working on Upwork and Fiverr with a strong ability to generate leads, communicate with clients and close deals effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize profiles on Upwork & Fiverr
• Generate leads, bid on projects and secure new clients
• Communicate effectively with potential clients and close deals
• Collaborate with the team to develop business growth strategies
• Work with flexible hours based on business needs
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience on Upwork and Fiverr
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with software development services and IT solutions is a plus
• Not camera-shy – confident in client meetings
• Willing to work flexible hours when needed
