Job Overview:

Mindwhiz is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the IT services industry. This role involves lead generation, client outreach, relationship management, and supporting business growth initiatives across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the IT managed services sector.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and online research.
  • Conduct discovery calls and follow up with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and service offerings.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, under the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service capabilities.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development activities and performance metrics.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Mindwhiz's service offerings, including helpdesk support, cybersecurity, networking, and staff augmentation solutions.
  • Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions and contribute to achieving departmental sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related role, preferably within the IT services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly for interactions with U.S.-based clients.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and prospecting techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of IT services, including managed services, cybersecurity, networking, or staff augmentation, is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
