Business Development Associate (BDA)

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to help drive company growth through client engagement, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
