RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate potential business leads through various channels such as calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Client Outreach:
- Reach out to potential clients to present company products or services and build relationships.
- Sales Conversion:
- Follow up on leads, understand customer needs, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update CRM or databases with accurate client and lead information.
- Presentation & Demonstration:
- Deliver product demos or presentations to clients to highlight value propositions.
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and business growth activities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Target Achievement:
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business targets set by management.
