RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and generate potential business leads through various channels such as calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Client Outreach:
  • Reach out to potential clients to present company products or services and build relationships.
  • Sales Conversion:
  • Follow up on leads, understand customer needs, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain and update CRM or databases with accurate client and lead information.
  • Presentation & Demonstration:
  • Deliver product demos or presentations to clients to highlight value propositions.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and business growth activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business targets set by management.
