Job Title: Business Development Executive (Tech Sales)

Location: Naraina vihar, Delhi
Experience Required: 1–5 Years
Salary Range: ₹2.4 – ₹4.8 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our tech team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of IT services or software solutions, and a passion for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions such as Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, or SaaS Products.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B / IT / Software / Tech Sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on closing deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and online lead generation platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, or APAC regions).
  • Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, digital marketing, or SaaS products.
