Business Development Associate (Deal Sourcing / Outbound Sales)

What You’ll Do

  • Drive high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Build deal pipeline from scratch
  • Connect with founders, CEOs, brokers, bankers
  • Source off-market investment opportunities
  • Run targeted sourcing campaigns
  • Track pipeline in CRM systems
  • Manage follow-ups and close opportunities
  • Support financial analysis & deal execution

Must-Have Skills (Key for Matching)

  • 3+ years outbound sales / business development
  • Strong cold calling & prospecting experience
  • Proven pipeline generation from zero
  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance / Business / Economics)
  • Highly results-driven and competitive mindset

Nice-to-Have (Boosts Profile Ranking)

  • M&A sourcing / deal origination experience
  • Background in investment banking / private equity
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Exposure to mid-market or micro-cap companies
  • Strong networking / conference sourcing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
