The Consulting Business Development Associate (Female) will serve as the face of Big4 Consulting Group in front of prospective clients and partners. This role is designed for a female professional with strong networking, relationship-building, and client engagement skills, who can represent the firm with executive presence.

She will play a pivotal role in building trusted client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and facilitating access to key decision-makers, while closely supporting our management consultants in converting opportunities into high-value consulting engagements.

Operating at the intersection of business development, client engagement, and pre-sales, the Associate will ensure that the firm strengthens its presence across healthcare, life sciences, financial services, retail/F&B, real estate, and digital ventures in the UAE and GCC.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Business Development

• Represent the firm at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
• Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients across priority sectors.
• Build and sustain trust-based client relationships as the first point of contact for new opportunities.
• Facilitate access to key decision-makers and support consultants in structuring engagements.

Pre-Sales & Proposal Support

• Collaborate with consultants on proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks.
• Support M&A, financial advisory, and strategy teams in preparing client-ready presentations.
• Confidently articulate the firm’s value proposition to senior executives and stakeholders.

Market Intelligence & Growth Support

• Conduct market scans and competitor benchmarking to inform BD strategy.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, digital outreach, and thought leadership.
• Manage CRM pipeline tracking and ensure timely reporting of opportunities.

Internal Collaboration

• Align business development activities with consulting teams and practice leads.
• Share insights, contacts, and best practices to strengthen the firm’s BD framework.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• MBA/Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

• 2–4 years’ experience in business development, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Background in professional services, consulting, or investment advisory strongly preferred.

Core Skills

• Strong networking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with executive presence.
• Knowledge of consulting services, M&A advisory, and strategic engagements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of AI, LLMs, and digital tools for BD is a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory.
