Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate who is fluent in German to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking in German-speaking regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients using CRM software to track interactions and sales pipelines
  • Develop strategic plans to target key industries and customer segments, aligning sales efforts with overall business goals
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new partnerships and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored campaigns that resonate with German-speaking audiences
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and achievement of sales targets
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to monitor sales activities, update client information, and generate reports for management

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a B2B environment
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute targeted outreach initiatives
  • Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and closing deals effectively
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques to coordinate multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to international markets is a plus
