Business Development Associate (Lead Generation – Commission Based)

We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to help us connect with businesses across the UAE.

This is a lead generation role — your focus is to approach companies, introduce our services, and generate interest.

Our team will handle the strategy, pitching, and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential businesses (B2B)
  • Visit or contact companies (calls / WhatsApp / field visits)
  • Introduce our marketing services
  • Generate interest and schedule meetings
  • Share qualified leads with our internal team

What you will be promoting:

  • Social media marketing services
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • WhatsApp marketing solutions
  • Business continuity marketing strategies

Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident in speaking to business owners
  • Comfortable with field visits and outreach
  • Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Sales or marketing background is a plus
  • UAE-based candidates

Compensation:
