Business Development Associate (LinkedIn)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate with hands-on experience in generating business via LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will support the sales pipeline by identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and building early-stage client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and other lead generation platforms
  • Generate and qualify leads by initiating conversations with relevant decision-makers
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and move them through the pipeline
  • Conduct basic market research to identify target industries and potential opportunities
  • Support participation in tech events, webinars, and networking activities
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and activities in CRM systems
  • Assist in tracking outreach performance and improving engagement rates
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and ensure smooth lead handover

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of tech events and networking platforms
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with email automation tools is a plus
  • Target-driven with a willingness to learn and grow

Timings:

  • 4 PM to 1 AM - Onsite
