Business Development Associate – Paid Internship (Leading to Permanent Role)

Location: Karachi (Shahrah-e-Faisal)

Working Hours:

Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

DecoTechs is a growing software house offering web, app, and automation solutions to international clients. We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in IT business development.
This is a paid internship with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com.
• Write professional proposals and communicate with clients.
• Identify new leads and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams on project requirements.
• Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com) will be a plus.
• Passionate about sales, marketing, and client interaction.
