Role: Business Development Intern

As a BD Intern, you will be the voice of PSI Square to the outside world. Your job is to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, build relationships, and generate leads that our technical team can convert into projects.

This is a hands-on, outreach-heavy role — ideal for someone who is confident, organized, and hungry to learn.

What You Will Do

• Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord
• Run targeted cold email campaigns to trading firms, prop firms, and individual traders
• Manage and grow PSI Square's social media presence (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Research trading communities and forums to identify leads
• Maintain a daily outreach tracker and report progress
• Coordinate with the founder to hand off warm leads for closing
• Assist in creating marketing content, captions, and outreach templates

What We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduate (BBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics, or related field)
• Excellent written and spoken English — this is our #1 requirement
• Confident, proactive, and not afraid of rejection
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Telegram, or Discord is a plus
• Interest in technology, finance, or trading is a bonus — not mandatory
• No prior experience required — the right attitude matters more
