Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:

The Company, a growing financial & corporate services company, is hiring an experienced Business Development Associate – Travel Industry for our Gurugram (Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 66) office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate client relationships to drive sales of domestic & international travel packages.
• Generate new B2B partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate houses.
• Meet clients in-person, present customized travel solutions, and close high-value deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; prepare business development reports.
• Collaborate with internal operations & marketing teams to design competitive packages.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and travel industry forums.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B travel sales / corporate travel packages.
• Strong understanding of the travel & tourism industry (domestic & international packages).
• Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing corporate deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.
