About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team and drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth for our multi-brand garage. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the automotive service industry (or related sectors), excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities for the organization.
- Identify and approach corporate clients, fleet owners, insurance companies, and individual customers for service contracts and partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the operations and service team to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business targets.
- Prepare regular business development reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive, services, or FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE market dynamics and customer base.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Own Car (Compulsory for this role)
