The Role
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of prospects across sectors. - Drive expansion strategies for both regional and international markets. - Build and manage long-term relationships with government clients, OEMs, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Ensure client satisfaction through solution-oriented engagements. - Develop tailored proposals and presentations addressing client needs. - Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and tenders. - Meet or exceed revenue targets and growth KPIs. - Establish partnerships with OEMs, logistics providers, and service vendors. - Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines to maximize mutual benefit. - Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and procurement patterns in defense, aviation, and marine sectors. - Provide insights and recommendations for product/service positioning. - Work closely with operations, project management, and consulting teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and service delivery
Requirements
  • 5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships. - Proven success in Aviation, Defense, Maritime, or Government Consulting industries. - Experience working with government procurement and B2G sales in the GCC, especially UAE. - Track record in securing high-value contracts or defense projects
