The Role
Identify new market opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of prospects across sectors. Drive expansion strategies for both regional and international markets. Build and manage long-term relationships with government clients, OEMs, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction through solution-oriented engagements. Develop tailored proposals and presentations addressing client needs. Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and tenders. Meet or exceed revenue targets and growth KPIs. Establish partnerships with OEMs, logistics providers, and service vendors. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines to maximize mutual benefit. Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and procurement patterns in defense, aviation, and marine sectors. Provide insights and recommendations for product/service positioning. Work closely with operations, project management, and consulting teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and service delivery
Requirements
- 5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships. • Proven success in Aviation, Defense, Maritime, or Government Consulting industries. • Experience working with government procurement and B2G sales in the GCC, especially UAE. • Track record in securing high-value contracts or defense projects
