Business Development Center Agent

Job Summary
At Car Factory Miami, we are a fast-growing automotive dealership focused on delivering a high-volume, high-performance sales environment. We are currently building our Business Development Center (BDC) from the ground up and are looking for motivated, energetic individuals ready to grow with us.

  • Respond to all incoming leads within 5 minutes or less
  • Handle inbound calls and internet inquiries (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.)
  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily
  • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with customers using phone, text, and email
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (DealerSocket)
  • Work leads daily following structured follow-up processes
  • Collaborate with managers and sales team to maximize show rates and sales

Experience

  • Strong communication skills (English and Spanish required)
  • Energetic, competitive, and money-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle high call volume and fast-paced environment
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
  • Previous BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred (not required)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and technology

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
