Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Business Development Executive who can help manage client relationships, support business growth, maintain communication, and keep campaigns moving smoothly.

This role combines customer success, relationship management, and business development. You will help bring in new opportunities while maintaining a strong experience for existing clients.

This role is ideal for someone who:

You will work closely with the founder and help support the day-to-day client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients and support business development efforts
  • Follow up on inbound leads, networking contacts, and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, hospitality brands, lifestyle businesses, and other potential clients
  • Manage communication with clients through WhatsApp, email, and meetings
  • Follow up with leads and potential clients
  • Support campaign coordination between creators, clients, and internal team members
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and campaign documents
  • Maintain project timelines and task tracking
  • Help onboard new clients and creators
  • Organize campaign deliverables and approvals
  • Support client retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships and recurring retainers
  • Handle scheduling and coordination for shoots and campaigns
  • Assist with reporting and campaign updates
  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and social media platforms
  • Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and professional communication style
  • Comfortable working remotely or in a flexible startup environment
